This is how it works…

Start your search by booking a call and telling us what you’re looking for. Whether it’s a studio apartment, a flat in the city center, or a house in a quiet area, your wishes guide our search.

With your preferences in mind, your dedicated assistant explores the housing market. We look through both public listings and also use our local network to find options that are not advertised online. We aim to find the perfect place for you before others can get to it.

Explore housing options matching your criteria presented over WhatsApp. Your simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’ on each option narrows down the search, bringing us closer to your dream home.

Either you join us on the viewing, or we attend the viewing on your behalf. We will make sure to negotiate the rental terms that suit your preferences, and take care of the legal work.

The happy moment arrives when we find the right home for you, and you accept the rental terms. Only at this point, a commission of one month’s rent is charged. Any payment only happens once you are satisfied and decide to accept one of the housing options we found for you.

2. We Find Your Perfect Home

● Average time to find your home is 14 days.
● We send you the unique listing, you give the ‘OK’.
● If needed, we attend the viewing for you.
● We assist you when presented with the rental agreement.

Of course! That would be our preference. But if you cannot make it, we do the viewing on your behalf and provide you with photos, videos and relevant information about the housing.

As real estate agents based in Tilburg we have access to a vast local network of landlords. This gives us a broad range of choices which we use to find the right fit for you.

Our network gives us the chance to view listings before they are posted online.

This gives us – and therefore you – priority access to home viewings we visit on your behalf.

3. Enjoy Your Home

Depending on the landlord this may take 1 business day up to 2 weeks. Do not worry, as we will do the follow-ups with the landlord regarding their decision. In the mean time we will keep sending you new offers so we make sure you have options in the case the landlord decides to decline your application.

No worries! We will always be there on your behalf. Make sure to inform us about your delay/cancellation so we know what is happening.

This service is offered with a no-cure no-pay guarantee, this means that if we are not successful in landing you a home of your liking you do not have to pay us anything!

Successful for us means that you have found a new place to call home here in our beautiful country, with a signed rental agreement and the keys in your hand.

Luckily, up until the moment of writing this, we have had a 100% success rate in finding people their new home, with an average time of 2 weeks. However, we are dependent on the market and cannot offer any guarantees here. Once you have moved into your new home only then our fee will be effective. We charge an industry-standard fee of 1 month’s rent + 21% VAT.
