You cannot trust this company. My partner and I were looking for an apartment/studio, and we had a viewing scheduled for today. About 20 minutes before the appointment, I called to let them know that we were stuck in traffic and would be arriving 5 minutes late. As soon as I told the guy on the phone that we were going to be a little late, he hung up on me. I called back four more times, and he hung up on me every single time. I also sent emails but received no response whatsoever. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. If a company cannot even communicate respectfully with potential tenants, I would not recommend dealing with them.

They rent out rooms that look nothing like the pictures. Myself, and the other housemates, were shown pictures of a much nicer room in the building. In reality we got completely different rooms that looked nothing like the pictures. The building was severely under maintained, with large cracks in the walls, the terrace was so rotten that it had holes in it, and the whole place was full of trash from the previous tenants. After multiple attempts to contact them regarding the issues, I was ignored and threatened with fines that they could not prove. All while charging a much higher rent than the maximum allowed as per the points system. They have also not refunded the deposit, despite agreeing that there were no defects in their check-out report. They have no experience in managing buildings, have no clue about the relevant laws, and in general just act like a very shady company. Update to reflect the agency's response: Alongside their reply here, they have sent me a letter demanding the review be taken down. "We therefore formally request that you remove the review in its entirety within 48 hours of receiving this email. If the review remains online after this period, we will instruct our lawyer to assess the matter and take appropriate legal action regarding the publication of false and potentially defamatory statements, including claims for any resulting damage to our company." This furthermore proves that they are operating as a very shady company, and attempt to suppress any negative reviews with threats. They have never sent me the points calculation, despite their false claim. There is also no outstanding rent amount, only the fine is outstanding that they cannot prove. They keep ignoring emails from both me and my lawyer regarding the invoices for service charges that they were never able to produce (by law must be provided by July 1st, we are now in October), and the deposit which still has not been refunded a month and a half after moving out.

Rude experience chatting with a very unhelpful member of staff (sebastien) Edit: I would also like to mention that they offered me a €50 gift card to remove this review, which is against terms and conditions of google reviews and not very honest to those people who use this to gauge how reputable a business is. I did not take the €50, as I feel it’s more important that people understand the true story. See attached image to see their email to me, requesting I remove the review.
