Be careful with this agency! In my experience, they try to charge you for everything, even for things that are not included in your contract. If you have other rental options, I strongly recommend choosing one of them. Additionally, the key to our door was not working, and the agency failed to take immediate action. As a result, we had to spend the night in the building's hallway, locked out of our apartment. Completely unacceptable!
If I were a property owner looking to rent out my apartment, I would think twice before trusting this company to manage it. Based on my experience, I would definitely consider other agencies.
Terrible experience. I would not recommend them.

Terrible experience. They promised me a 1st-floor studio of 30m², but what I actually got is a ground-floor apartment of roughly 22m². When I raised it, they brushed it off and then stopped replying to my emails altogether. Weeks of silence, no apology, no compensation. Misleading information and zero accountability. Stay away unless you want to be ignored the moment you’ve signed.
